3. No Engineering Relationship Created

Use of the Site, including downloading resources or reading blog articles, does not create an engineer–client or professional services relationship between you and Tension ONE LLC. Any formal engagement for engineering or consulting services must be agreed in writing through a separate contract or proposal.
