Tension ONE LLC was established by Joseph Touriri, a dedicated civil engineer with a deep specialization in post-tensioned concrete structures.
Joseph’s career began in the private sector, where he successfully designed, managed, and audited rigorous structural calculations for major infrastructure and commercial projects across Africa and Europe. Operating in these highly demanding international environments required a meticulous approach to ACI/PTI standards, material efficiency, and rapid on-site problem solving.
Recognizing a gap in accessible technical literature and specialized freelance support, Joseph founded Tension ONE LLC to target the high-growth construction market in Texas, USA.
Today, Joseph balances his time between producing project-specific calculation notes for clients, and authoring comprehensive PT engineering guides and tools to share his international expertise with the broader industry.
